NEVERPEE is a dietary supplement. Statements about the product have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. The product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Product descriptions, ingredients, and imagery are provided for general information and may be updated. 4. Orders, pricing, and payment
All prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including taxes and shipping.
5. Subscriptions and automatic renewal
If you enroll in a subscription, you authorize recurring charges as described in our Subscription & Cancellation Policy. Subscriptions continue and renew automatically until you cancel. You may cancel at any time through your account or by contacting us using the details below.
6. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
7. Intellectual property
The site and its content, including the NEVERPEE name, logos, text, and imagery, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without our permission.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the products is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.
