30-night money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with NEVERPEE, contact us within 30 days of your first delivery and we will refund your first box. The guarantee applies to your first box only, one per customer. No return shipping is required.
How to request a refund
Contact us at legal@neverpee.com within 30 days of your first delivery with your order number. No return shipping is required for a refund under the 30-night guarantee.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and process your request. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.
Subscription charges
The 30-night money-back guarantee applies to your first box only, one per customer. Cancel before your next billing date to avoid the next subscription charge.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at legal@neverpee.com within 30 days and we will make it right at no cost to you.
